Solutions
The floor runs on HMC. The books run on your ERP.
One goal: get accurate, real-time data from your machines and your shop floor into your ERP without slowing anyone down. Use Epicor as your system of record, or bring any API-first ERP. Epicor is optional, not required.
01 · Manufacturing Execution
An MES shaped around how you build.
Operator screens for every station, from shear and laser to brake, weld, assembly and receiving. Every start, stop, quantity and scrap posts to the job in your ERP as it happens.
- Tools to configure Methods of Manufacturing: operations, resources and materials, built for metal
- Digital travelers tied to ERP jobs, operations and resources
- Labor and production quantity capture, posted in real time
- Material hails and queues so cells never wait on metal
- Ops dashboards and open-lot tracking for supervisors
- Built for gloves, tablets and the TV on the wall
02 · Inventory Management
Know where every sheet, drop and remnant is.
A live 3D map of your racks, bins and yard, synced to your ERP's warehouses and bins. Search by alloy, gauge or job and walk straight to it.
- 3D and 2D storage maps built from your real floor layout
- Rack, bay and level locations mapped one-to-one to ERP bins
- Remnant capture so usable drops go back into stock, not the scrap bin
- Receiving, transfers, issues and cycle counts from a tablet
- Labels and QR codes for every location and lot
03 · Machine Integration
Salvagnini events, streamed to the cloud and the floor.
We integrate with Salvagnini equipment to capture machine events as they happen and stream them to the cloud, into your MES, and out to the people running the operation.
- Cycle starts, part completions, alarms and state changes captured in real time
- Events streamed to GCP, AWS or Azure for history and analytics
- Machine counts tied to jobs and operations, with no manual entry
- Live utilization and downtime on ops dashboards and leaderboards
3D view needs WebGL. In short: every cycle, bend, part count and alarm from your Salvagnini equipment streams to the cloud, your MES and your ERP in real time.

04 · 3D Weld Guidance
SolidWorks sub-assemblies, in 3D, at the weld cell.
We ingest SolidWorks weldments and their BoM sub-assemblies so welders can inspect the exact assembly they're building in 3D: rotate it, explode it, match every part to the BoM, and follow the weld sequence with the spec for each joint.
- 1Ingest SolidWorksSub-assemblies, parts and BoM structure come in from the model
- 2Inspect in 3DRotate, explode and isolate parts right at the weld station
- 3Follow the sequenceEach weld shown in order with size, type and length
- 4Track the workWelds and labor tie back to the job operation
3D view needs WebGL. In short: SolidWorks sub-assemblies become interactive 3D models at the weld cell, with the BoM and weld sequence below.

05 · Applied AI
AI that reads and writes Epicor.
Not a chatbot bolted on the side. The HMC assistant connects directly to Epicor's business objects. It reads live data, analyzes jobs and capacity, and writes approved changes back to Epicor, with every write logged.
- Read: jobs, operations, parts, bins, POs and labor, queried in plain English
- Analyze: late-job risk, capacity, shortages and BoM checks across every open job
- Write: reschedule operations, create POs, post labor and update Methods of Manufacturing
- Human approval on every write, with a full audit trail
- Extract parts and quantities from nest programs, drawings and PDFs into Epicor
- Not on Epicor? Works through any API-first ERP
06 · Cloud Control Plane
One security layer for every cloud you run.
Manufacturers end up on GCP, AWS and Azure at once. Our control plane gives IT one place to manage identity, secrets, network policy, cost and audit across all three.
- Single sign-on and role-based access across apps and clouds
- Centralized secrets and key rotation
- Network and policy guardrails applied consistently
- Unified audit trail for compliance and customer questionnaires
- Cost visibility and guardrails per environment
- Identity & SSO
- Secrets
- Network policy
- Audit log
- Cost guardrails
07 · Experimental · Laser nesting
Nests optimized for BoM demand. Programming automated.
Our experimental nesting engine optimizes for BoM demand across your open jobs and automates nest programming, so laser programs are ready when the work is, without a programmer building every nest by hand.
- 1Read BoM demandOpen job quantities by part, material and gauge
- 2Optimize the nestParts packed to maximize yield, remnants sized for reuse
- 3Program automaticallyLaser-ready G-code generated for every nest
- 4Close the loopCut parts post to jobs, remnants return to inventory
3D view needs WebGL. The nesting engine still runs: the BoM demand, generated program and nest stats are below.

Not sure where to start?
Most shops start with inventory or labor capture. We'll walk your floor and tell you where an MES pays back first.
